Bob recruits in the Plastics, Packaging, Films, and Pressure Sensitive Industries with a focus on Manufacturing, Engineering (both Process and Facilities), and Supply Chain.  Before joining The Beneva Group, Bob recruited for a private company where he had some record-breaking years.  He set the company landmark in his first year, and in 2005, he delighted his clients by providing them with 26 high-performing professionals in the Engineering field.

Bob is originally from Rock Hill, South Carolina, where he received his BS Degree from Winthrop University.  He began his career in the Telecom industry and later became the owner of his own business.  This versatile recruiter has also been a PGA Golf Professional for the last 15 years.
