How we work
The Beneva Group is hired by client companies to identify, recruit, and screen top talent to meet their strategic human resource needs.  The client pays our executive search fees and therefore, our objective is to meet or exceed their expectations.  No fees are ever paid by the candidate, nor is the compensation offered to the candidate affected by our service fee.

Confidentiality
The vast majority of candidates are currently employed and want to keep their career search confidential.  The Beneva Group respects candidate's desire for privacy and carefully guards the candidate's confidentiality.  Resumes submitted to us are not searchable by either our clients or by other employers.  We do not act as a resume service.  Should your qualifications match the needs of our clients, we will contact you to describe the opportunity and obtain your permission to provide our client with your resume or other candidate background.  Also, it is part of our client service that we check your references.  Again, we do not contact them without your prior approval.  The Beneva Group prides itself in protecting both our clients and our candidates' confidentiality.

The MRINetwork
MRINetwork's 4000 executive recruiters are interconnected by an Intranet that allows the sharing of candidates and jobs.  This is done without compromising the candidates' or the clients' confidentiality, but provides candidates a much greater opportunity to be matched with a current opportunity.
