Account Executives: Responsible for developing and building client relationships, as well as identifying, recruiting, qualifying and placing top level candidates. Account Executives should have a college degree, an outgoing and assertive personality, high energy, a goal-oriented take-charge attitude, and a strong work ethic. Successful sales experience with high value products/services sold to sophisticated buyers is the ideal background.  Must be computer literate, including Internet, Windows and Word proficient.  Personal and professional integrity is a must.  Compensation is commission-based, with average first year's earnings in the $50-65K range, and includes paid medical, dental, Life Insurance/AD&D, and 401K benefits. Experienced Account Executives earn $80-150K+.

Project Coordinators:  Responsible for assisting experienced Account Executives in identifying, recruiting and qualifying top level candidates.  Duties include investigative telephone and computer work, candidate interviewing, data collection, research, and database input.  In addition, the Project Coordinator will network with other Beneva Group/MRINetwork recruiters to search or place candidates.  This is a great entry position leading to promotion to Account Executive for successful Project Coordinators.  Project Coordinators should have a college degree, an outgoing and assertive personality, high energy, and a goal-oriented take-charge attitude. Prior sales experience is required.  Must be computer literate, proficient at internet research, e-mail and MS Office.  Personal and professional integrity is a must.  A starting salary of $30,000 plus a bonus plan is offered, with average first year's earnings in the $35-40K range, and paid medical, dental, Life Insurance/AD&D, and 401(k) benefits. Experienced Project Coordinators can earn $38-50,000+ annually.
