Nina brings over 20 years of experience in the optics and electronics industries to her Executive Search Consultant position. With a PhD in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Nina was a successful contributor in R&D and manufacturing of medical equipment, optical sensors and systems, microelectronics, displays and fiber-optics telecommunication. She has extensive experience in various stages of manufacturing from conceptual design to mass production. During her career Nina worked for Pfizer, Electrosurgical Equipment group; University of Colorado at Boulder, Optoelectronics Center; JDS Uniphase, Amplification and Transmission Business Group; and two start-up companies in Silicon Valley.

Nina was born, educated and spent her early career in Moscow, Russia. She emigrated to the USA in 1992. Nina's diverse educational, industrial and cultural background is a strong basis in finding the best candidates with various skills for clients in different industries. She is very goal-oriented, enthusiastic and dedicated which results in accomplishing the best possible match of the client's needs and candidate's professional skills and career goals. Nina strives to complete any task on-time.  She conducts searches for all levels of scientific personnel in aerospace, plastics, and specialty chemicals industries.
