You are only working with active candidates—the candidates who are unemployed or are highly motivated to make a job change. And the real reason behind the candidate’s motivation to make a change could be an important part of your consideration to hire. Active candidates only represent a portion of potential candidates. In fact, most clients are likely looking for passive candidates. Talented, conscientious and relatively loyal candidates who are focused on their own careers and their employers’ success. They generally are not frequent visitors to public job sites or company career sites. However, they may be open to career opportunities if presented in a timely and professional manner. These are the 50% of qualified candidates that most employers do not get to see. That is where we come in. We believe our company is an extension of yours. A candidate's first impression of your company often comes from us. Because we genuinely care that we match talented candidates with appropriate employers, we take the necessary time to get to know your specific needs. We only present a candidate to you after we have carefully screened him or her and determined that there is a good fit.
To provide you with the highest level of service, we only work with a few select companies at a time. This allows us to become thoroughly familiar with your company, people, product, work environment and expectations.
We know that your hiring needs and priorities can change overnight. We also understand that we may be one of a number of resources that you may use for your HR strategy. That is why we're flexible and offer a variety of services to help you meet your objectives.
Our top priority. This plan is for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company's directed recruiting resource. You pay us one-third to initiate the search, one-third when the slate of candidates is presented, and the remainder when the candidate begins employment.
This is our next highest priority search and it takes precedence over all contingency searches. You pay us a negotiated engagement fee when we initiate the search, and the balance of the fee is on a contingency basis, due if and when the candidate begins employment. The Priority Search option is especially effective for multiple hires required at the same time. In this case, the full service fee is due for each Beneva Group sourced candidate when hired. The Priority Search fee is credited toward the last hire unless other arrangements have been agreed to prior to the start of the search.
This is the highest priority contingency search. Only the Beneva Group (and the client) are authorized to conduct the search for a specified period of time, usually 60 days. No service fee is due unless the Beneva Group sourced candidate is hired by the client. The fee is due within agreed-upon payment terms.
Contingency Recruitment Solutions
MRINetwork created contingency search to give companies a no-risk option. No fee is required to initiate a search. We refer candidates who most closely match your company's requirements through our networking process and database search. A service fee is due when a Beneva Group sourced candidate starts employment with the client. The fee is payable within 30 days of the candidate’s start date to be eligible for any guarantee. If you hire someone through another source, no fee is due.
Relocation Assistance Program
Hiring talent is only one part of the recruitment process. Making sure the family and the relocation process moves smoothly reaffirms the quality of your company’s first impression and paves the way for a strong partnership with your employees. Through MRINetwork, we are able to provide a free relocation expert to manage the process while providing additional savings on moving expenses.
